Very rustic. Hotel under renovation. All facilities working. Though the airport shuttle driver charge me an extra timen and on top asked for a tip.Otherwise friendly and helpful personel. Good location next to airport.

The location is very nice, away from the bustling city yet not too far from it. good for relaxation if u want to get away for a few days.. good food.

I was impressed by the scenery. It was calm and peaceful. I was fascinated by the interiors and the size of the room according to the price.

Location and the garden

- No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The hotel needs refurbishing and redecorating. The breakfast, especially so called American Breakfast lacks variety and quality.

The rooms were spacious, the look of the lobby was nice, the price seemed ok for a 4-star hotel (before actually staying there, that is)

my room was infested by flies (40+, mostly parked on the ceiling fan). I got moved in a second room also containing a few flies. I got moved again, to a room close to the lobby, and therefore very noisy. The cleanliness of the hotel was not to the level of a 4-star. Also, the concierge behavior is disappointing. we ordered food late at night (midnight). The guy took the order and disappeared for >45' (without even bringing water) before returning with food only after we complained with the manager at the concierge. The latter told us we wouldn't pay for the food, but the morning after he charged us, however giving us the option to remove the charge by putting it on the staff on duty that night. Definitely not worth the money.

the hotel is very hard to find, no signs directing to the hotel, airport transfer price too expensive for such a short distance, stuff not too friendly, administrator talked by phone, while i was in reception and doing the check-in procedures

The location scared me a little. This is my 1st trip to India and I am a woman traveling alone.

Clean. An oasis of peace and cleanliness in a crazy and dirty city. Very courteous and helpful staff.

Short stay as I arrived at 10pm to leave at 8:30 am. I totally dislike this hotel which should not appear on your list. Close to airport, it was convenient but not surprisingly noisy.

The driver was not at the airport. Thanks to someone from the Oberoi hotel who contacted my hotel, I finally found him. It was said that I will pay in USD and then it was invoiced in IND. The driver to go to the airport was not apparently included in the price (unclear on the reservation). I am still waiting for the wake up call. Four a 4* hotel, no bar as such. Nobody in fact, really strange admosphere. Was a bit scarred I must admit. The room for the breakfast: a buffet which was empty, no napkin proposed and no table cloth, no little spoon for the jam.

the spa is only for man and not for women,the taxi service is not so flexible and easy and the hotel is a bit far way from shopping and anything else

Location and the best part is that they have served breakfast at 6.30 am and their timings were from 7.15 am...i really appreciated this.....

Too much noise from outside as some party was going on....rooms were not upto the mark, no good restaurant is available in the hotel. Breakfast was good, but dinner was horrible as due to party going on, no one was available in the restaurant...so finally have to order room service...........

There is a green garden, and a nice swimmingpool-if it is possible to use it

We choose the hotel because we wanted a nice and quiet stay, and to swim in the swimmingpool. But there was a swimmingpoolparty with very loud music. We had to change rooms because of the noise. Also we could not swim. we paid a lot of money for nothing!
